Chip has had a life-long interest in real estate both as an investor and a home buyer. After working as a professional photographer and in international business for most of his career he made the switch to real estate and hasn’t looked back. With photography Chip had the opportunity to work with people on a very personal level. In a profession that literally shows the client how good he is at his vocation Chip was regarded as a professional who always exceeded his clients’ expectations. His international business experience prepared him for dealing with legal issues and making sure all loose ends are taken care of. Manufacturing a product in Asia and importing to the US and European market was not an easy task. Planning production schedules and preparing marketing materials and strategies were daily tasks. Dealing with banks and attorneys to secure letters of credit and payments prepared him to be a legal liaison who understands follow-through and anticipating problems before they arise.
Now Chip is focused on working with buyers and sellers to give them the benefit of his years of experience in bringing deals together from beginning to a satisfying end. He has a true passion for working with people who need to get a deal finalized successfully.
